Think Win-Win

The ability to relate to others and share with others your possessions, ideas and feelings is best taught at an early age. Human beings have reached the present peak of civilization largely due to a co-operative approach. All our achievements are dependent upon co-operative effort with each other. Success is bound to come naturally with a ‘win-win’ approach rather than a ‘win-lose’ approach.
A child starts with being totally dependent on his parents/society,
Afterwards she/he gets Independent
And lastly they become Interdependent

The state of being interdependent is a win-win situation for everyone and leads to a progressive and harmonious society.
